Prescriptions are valid for use solely through our pharmacy and cannot be transferred to a third-party pharmacy. Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been clinically approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or by email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
